Real IFFC is geared to help every player develop within the most advantageous environment. Players try out with all other players born in the same year and are then placed on teams according to their ability. This allows coaches to coach a more homogenous skill level group and thus develop and raise their skill more quickly than when there is a more broad talent level. 

Tryouts take place in the summer of the year preceding their spring club season. Tryouts are free - registration fees will not need to be paid until after you get your acceptance notification.
